SHORT TERM STUDY:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION, TUITION, FEES, AND REFUNDS
- Please note that the tuition and fees listed above are subject to change without notice. Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools reserves the right to charge additional fees for services not listed above that arise from a student’s unique circumstances.
- Refunds will be provided if the student:
- − Is denied admission to Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools
- − Is unable to obtain a study permit
- There will be no refunds issued for late arrivals
- Once students commence study in Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools, no refunds will be issued
- Refund requests must be made in writing
- In the event of a medical emergency, all amounts not covered by medical insurance are the responsibility of the parent and must be paid directly to the authority expending the cost on behalf of the student.
- In the event that a student engages in any activity prohibited by Canadian law and the Alberta School Act, students and the parents of students will be entirely responsible for all costs related to the violation of criminal, civil or statutory laws, rules and procedures. These acts can result in the removal of the student from the program.
- If the student is removed from the program for engaging in activities against Canadian law and school policies listed in the Alberta School Act, the student will forfeit all rights to education and refund of all fees. The right of appeal is denied.
- If the student has in any form misrepresented the truth to the system in completion of the application, the student's application will be rejected or the student may be asked to withdraw from the program at a cost to the student.
- Students are expected to observe district and school rules, regulations and expectations. Students who are unable to do so will be required to return home.
- Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools does not support international students driving motor vehicles while registered with Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools.
